I first came to work for B2 Kapital as a student; however, my capabilities were quickly recognized and the moment I got my degree, I was given the opportunity to choose the department I wanted to work in. Since then, I have advanced a lot, seeing as, in this place, we focus on personal growth and development of our own strengths, and hard work is greatly appreciated and rewarded. I am mostly motivated by the positive working atmosphere and openness towards employees. Those sweets that the group’s kind management bring us every time they visit the Zagreb office are a huge plus as well.
